APIintegrations.

01 / 04Today, a person is the integration: copy, paste, check, repeat.

02 / 04We connect the systems directly, through their APIs.

03 / 04Orders, stock, invoices and labels move by themselves, in seconds.

04 / 04When a service is down, it retries and tells you. Nothing gets lost.

What it is

Your systems should talk to each other.

An API integration connects two pieces of software so they exchange data automatically. When an order arrives on your site, the ERP gets it, stock updates everywhere, the invoice is issued, the courier label is created and the customer gets a tracking number, without anyone retyping anything.

Most businesses already own good software. The problem is the gaps between them, filled by people, spreadsheets and email. Integrations close those gaps, and they are often the fastest return on any digital project. If you are not sure which gaps matter most, an AI opportunity scan maps them.

We build integrations as part of a website, an e-shop or an internal app, or as standalone connectors between systems you already run.

The hidden cost

What copy-paste really costs.

Move the sliders to your numbers.

Orders into the ERP, invoices into myDATA, tracking numbers back to customers, leads into the CRM. Each copy is small. The total rarely is.

Every year, by hand

0hours

That is about 0 working weeks of copying between systems, and roughly 0 records with a mistake someone has to find and fix.

Illustrative estimate. Integrations do not remove people; they remove the copying, so the same people can do the work that needs them.

Systems

Systems you probably already use.

If it has an API, we can usually connect it. These are common in Greek businesses. Some vendors require a partner agreement or a licence for API access; we sort that out with you.

How we build them

Integrations that fail gracefully.

Connecting two APIs is easy on a good day. Good integrations are designed for the bad ones.

Pattern 01Real time, with webhooks

When something happens in one system, the other hears about it in seconds. Ideal for orders and payments.

Pattern 02Scheduled sync

Large catalogues and price lists synced every few minutes or overnight, in batches, without slowing the site.

Pattern 03Queues and retries

If a service is down, the job waits and tries again. Nothing is lost, nothing is sent twice.

Pattern 04Logs and alerts

Every exchange is logged. When something fails for real, the right person gets an email, not a surprise.

Pattern 05Mapping and validation

Codes, VAT categories and units translated between systems, and bad data stopped at the door.

Pattern 06Security

Keys stored safely, least-privilege access, encrypted connections and personal data handled under GDPR.

Greek specifics

Built for how Greek businesses run.

myDATA and e-invoicing

Greek businesses report invoices to AADE myDATA, and mandatory B2B e-invoicing has been rolling out through 2026, starting with large businesses in March. We connect your sales flow to a certified invoicing provider or your ERP, so documents are issued and transmitted automatically.

ERP as the source of truth

Products, prices and stock usually live in the ERP. We make it the single source of truth and keep the website, marketplaces and feeds in sync with it, instead of maintaining the same data in three places.

How we work

From copy-paste to connected.

You get a clear timeline before we start.

Step 1

Map

Which data moves where, how often, who owns it, and what should happen when something goes wrong.

Step 2

Access

API keys, sandboxes and permissions from each vendor, with documentation checked against reality.

Step 3

Build

Connectors with logging, retries and validation, tested against real edge cases in a sandbox.

Step 4

Monitor

Go live gradually, watch the logs, and keep alerts on so problems are caught before customers notice.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What is an API integration?

A connection between two pieces of software that lets them exchange data automatically, such as sending website orders to your ERP or tracking numbers back to customers.

Can you connect our e-shop to SoftOne or Entersoft?

Yes. We connect stores to Greek ERPs through their APIs or connectors, syncing products, prices, stock, customers and orders.

How do you handle myDATA?

Through your ERP or a certified invoicing provider. Each sale triggers the right document, which is transmitted to AADE automatically.

What happens if one system is down?

Requests are queued and retried, so nothing is lost or duplicated. If a problem persists, an alert reaches the right person.

Do we need to change our software?

Usually not. Integrations work with what you already use, as long as it offers an API or export.

Can you use Zapier or Make instead of custom code?

Sometimes that is the right, cheaper answer, and we will suggest it. Custom integrations make sense for volume, reliability, sensitive data or complex logic.

Who maintains the integration?

We can, with monitoring and updates when vendors change their APIs. Everything is documented, so another developer could take over.

How much does an integration cost?

It depends on the systems, the volume and the logic. After a short call we send a transparent proposal with the cost broken down.
